How to unpair TV-A devices using the app

If your hearing aids are connected to TV-A devices that you no longer want to use, you can unpair them with the app.

Note that this action removes all stored pairings from your hearing aids. You must pair your devices again.

Get the Bernafon App

Ensure you have the latest version of the Bernafon App.

Pair your hearing aids with your phone or device

Once you have downloaded the Bernafon App, you need to pair your hearing aids with your device.

Tap the Sound icon at the bottom left of your screen (on the tab bar) to access sound controls.

Tap the TV-A program tile.

On the tab bar, tap the three dots (...) to show all available buttons.

On the bottom, above the tab bar, tap the Devices button.

On the list of devices tap Learn more.

On the Your devices screen, scroll to the bottom and tap Remove devices.

Tap Remove devices a second time to confirm that you want to unpair all your connected TV-A devices.
